QikBridge – the bridging platform – is aiming for a full launch in September following a period of soft launch.
The platform, which was announced back in February, has been testing its systems in preparation of an autumn launch.
Martin Alderson of QikBridge said: “We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that QikBridge is the best possible platform for those looking to secure a bridging loan.
“We now feel that the platform is in a position that we can look at a wider roll out as we help to ensure that the linkages between borrowers and lenders are improved.”
Thomas Pritchard of QikBridge added: “After working on the platform throughout the summer we are delighted to now be in a position to roll this out to the wider borrower market.
“From the outset our aim has been to streamline the borrowing process and help bring bridging finance to a wider market. I truly believe QikBridge will help do just that.”
QikBridge has also confirmed that it has a number of additional add ons for the platform planned with more details to be announced in due course.
