Kykloud has been appointed on to Fusion21s compliance and facilities management framework, which estimated to be worth £290m over a four year period, provides procurement services and OJEU compliant frameworks to the education, blue light, social housing sectors, in addition to working alongside NHS Trusts and local authorities.
In response to demand from its members for increased support around property compliance needs, the Fusion21 compliance and facilities management framework now includes a lot for compliance software which Kykloud has successfully been appointed to.
As one of only six software suppliers across the entire framework, Kykloud, which is already helping a number of NHS Trusts, local authorities and housing associations across the UK to manage their property portfolios more efficiently though its data capture and management software, will now be readily available to Fusion 21’s members.
As well as being able to utilise Kykloud’s dashboards and custom filters in order to obtain complete visibility of property estates and statutory compliance, members will also have the opportunity to use Kykloud’s market leading data collection tool to upload compliance data directly into their own dedicated web portal.
Members will also be able to implement validation rules into the data collection templates in order to QA the data at the point of entry; crucial to prevent return visits, and more importantly minimising gaps in statutory compliance data.
Ed Bartlett, CEO at Kykloud said: “Kykloud’s inclusion in the Fusion21 framework indicates a huge shift in the way in which technology is being used across the profession; it is no longer considered an added luxury but an integral part of the process, essential to better manage property portfolios and capture and collate vast amounts of data.”
Phil Woodhead, facilities management framework manager at Fusion 21, added: “In addition to accessing lots for Passive Fire Safety, Retrofit Maintenance and Compliance Software for the first time, members will also generate greater efficiencies when purchasing the latest facilities management technologies such as: self-testing emergency lighting, remote temperature monitoring and cloud based door access control systems.”
Fusion21 provides procurement services and OJEU compliant frameworks to the education, blue light and social housing sectors, in addition to working alongside NHS Trusts and local authorities.
To date Fusion21 has delivered £147m savings through the procurement process, created more than 3,700 jobs and generated £63m of community impact.
