The nine-millionth property floor plan has this week been drawn using Metropix, the floor plan drawing tool for the residential estate agency market.
The plan was produced by Nick Stilton, a Domestic Energy Assessor at Somerset-based J&N Energy, who has been using Metropix for over eight years to provide additional value-added services to his estate agency clients.
“In the eight years of being a DEA I have noticed that more and more potential property purchasers want to see the layout of properties before they decide to view them.
“I find it incredible that there are still some agents out there that do not supply floor plans and, with Metropix, the ability to create one is just so simple,” said Stilton.
“With Metropix you can create basic or complex plans within minutes at a very sensible price so why wouldn’t you? Congratulation on reaching the nine million mark: I am very proud that I have contributed to that total with a few thousand and was lucky enough to be the one that hit that mark. Keep up the good work!”
Metropix enables property professionals to quickly and easily create 2D, interactive and 3D floor plans to help support the sales and rental marketing of residential properties. An added advantage of the service is PLANBANK, which is an archive of all floor plans produced on the system, which enables subscribers to access floor plan templates with ease and for no additional subscription charge.
Steve Sanashee, customer relations manager of the Metropix service, which is part of Landmark Estate Agency Services, said: “It only seems like yesterday that we were celebrating our seven and eight millionth plans, and here we are today marking the nine millionth drawing.
“As a thank you to Nick Stilton, and to mark the giant figure, a box of our famous luxury cookies is being delivered to the J&N Energy office for all to enjoy! We would also like to extend our wider thanks to all subscribers for their continued loyalty.”
