Qube Global Software has become the first UK based provider to announce the development of a unified management tool for the PRS (Private Rented Sector) model.
For the first time, PRS developers will be able to run their entire property operations – from attracting tenants and processing tenancies to long term maintenance and financial management of their schemes – on a unified software solution, from one provider.
The strong and rapid growth of the PRS model, supported by Government funding, has presented a new need for software which enables developers in the sector to find and manage tenants, manage the maintenance of the tenanted building on an ongoing basis and report on the performance of the investment asset.
In response, Qube Global Software has integrated two of its products: property management software Qube PM and sales and lettings solution Qube SLM. Both have a unique position in their respective markets and combine to provide a single management tool. Developers in the sector will now benefit from accessing a single source of information across their investment portfolio, ensuring efficient management and maximising returns.
“A large proportion of leading commercial and residential property investors are adopting the PRS model. We’ve responded quickly to customer demand for dedicated software for PRS investors, which enables them to market and manage on one solution”, said John Cuppello, chief executive of Qube Global Software. “We are offering a unique mix of functionality with an unrivalled mix of capabilities for this growing sector.”
Qube Global Software’s PRS software supports all aspects of the customer lifecycle, including: initial tenant registration and viewing appointments; online advertising of rental properties including leading portals and email marketing; reporting feedback on viewings; managing tenant references; rent collection; service charge collection; tenant self-service and payments; bank reconciliation; P&L and balance sheet reporting by property; corporate accounting; maintenance management; and energy usage and sustainability management.
