Property experts from across the commercial, retail and residential sectors are set to join forces with the next wave of Property Tech entrepreneurs as the Future: Property Tech Conference comes to London for the first time in October.
Future: Property Tech will feature over 30 expert speakers including headline speaker Housing Minister Brandon Lewis who will address delegates on how government plans to leverage technology to improve the property sector. Mr Lewis will also take part in Q&A following his key note address.
This one day event taking place on 14 October will be hosted at Millbank Tower and is set to attract over 200 delegates including property giants CBRE, JLL, Countrywide plc & Savills plc, tech start ups, VC’s, angel investors, and media companies, with the aim of bringing together the traditional property sector and the entrepreneurs who are shaping the property sector of tomorrow.
The event which forms part of a series of events designed to build a technology focused property community will cover both the residential and commercial sectors with separate stages dedicated to providing tailored content and expertise with the first stage focused on Residential Online Agencies and Service Providers and the second on Commercial, Retail and Smart Cities.
Other speakers include: Michael Bruce, CEO of Purplebricks and eMoov founder Russell Quirk plus Savills’ Yolande Barnes, Rajeev Nayyar of Fixflo, Mary Criebardis of PiLabs, Countrywide’s Alex Bailes and JLL’s James Brown and delegates will have the opportunity to pose questions to the experts in a series of Q&A sessions.
Delegates can also expect real life cases studies, innovative demonstrations and panel debates from established property developers and entrepreneurs plus the opportunity to take part in pre-arranged one on one meetings as well as meet various exhibitors.
The event will be hosted by Vanessa Warwick and Nick Tadd founders of Property Tribes as well as James Dearsley and will be held at Altitude 360, Millbank Tower. The event is delivered by London based Metropolitan Events.
